Here are 5 Essential soft skills for career success.

COGNITIVE FLEXIBLITY

Cognitive Flexibility is the brain’s capacity to transit from one task to another task; work with multiple tasks at the same time. Be fluid during the transition between tasks.

This not multi-tasking, doing a lot of things at the same time, It is about your ability to swiftly change your thinking process from one dimension to another, say changing from the shape of the bottle to the Color of the bottle.

Recognizing different perceptions and changing your approach based on the environment you are in to obtain the desired result.

Creativity is the ability to perceive something new, identify a hidden pattern or ways, thinking outside of the box. 

Creativity refers to an Idea, product, or process in solving complex problems and arriving at feasible solutions.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE                  

Emotional intelligence refers to being aware of one’s own emotions, regulating those emotions, and using them to motivate oneself towards achieving goals

Empathize with other’s emotions and influence them to manage relationships effectively.

COORDINATING WITH OTHERS

Coordinating with others refers to working together as a team towards a common goal.

In this digital era, with a diverse and multigenerational workforce, working together as a team can be challenging.
