It took us 10 months to get the first bank onboard for wallet loading, while the second one happened in 15 days. It took us 3-4 months to get our first few top merchants in 2014. Within 3-4 months we closed eBay, Domino’s, and other large merchants. All because I held on tight.”

Indra Nooyi was born in the year 1955, in Chennai, India. She is well known as former CEO and chairman of Pepsi co; now on the Board of Directors at Amazon.

She is consistently ranked among the 100 most powerful women in the world.

Her leadership style serves as an inspiration to many women around the globe. 

Indra Nooyi took some bold decisions unconventional for a beverage company when she took over as CEO of Pepsi co. 

Her strategy was to take the healthy route as she understood that the consumer market is shifting towards a healthier lifestyle. Pepsi co acquired Quaker oats, naked juice; introduced products like diet Pepsi. 

She created 3 product lines focusing on health marking as a key strategy and proved successful for Pepsi co.  

When doubted, she stood by her decisions and strategies and succeeded.

Women entrepreneurs/ Managers/Leaders are thriving in this era, paving their own path.
